1st X4 miitti 2009
12.6. – 14.6.2009 Äänekoski
The first finnish X4 meeting took place under a reasonably good weather, we got some rain on Friday and at night before Sunday.
During the ride-out on Saturday, all the other program and packing for homeward ride it was a nice and warm summer weather.
Saturday ride was ridden via Sumiainen and Konginkangas, we stopped for a coffee by Matilanvirta bridge.
When we got back to the premises it was a time for triathlon: darts, skiing and some beer&snack. The rules were somewhat modified though… It formed up to be a German – Finland duell, with minimal point difference all the wy to the final. The end result was a tie! Right behind the two winners were Kai and Jari.

Longest distance, Ladies: Anja (739km)
Longest distance, Men: Zippoman (897km)
Best bike: Zippoman
X4 Cup, two winners: Ahti (20 points) and Zippoman (20 points)

All in all there were 16 bikers among of them were 12 X4:s.
A group of four arrived from Germany, they also cleaned up the prize table quite effectively 🙂
Sauna was hot, water in the lake refreshing and all services worked smoothly.
