Our previous visit to Siku-Moto clubhouse was eight years ago, and now we were there again!
This time the weather was quite chilly, however we did have a Saturday ride to Ranua and visited a local event: cloudberry market which was arranged on the same weekend. After the ride a warm sauna did really good!
Food and drinks were plenty and tasty, as always, and in the evenings there was dancing and karaoke, traditionally X4Finland prizes were handed over to longest distance travellers and for other achievemnts, and everyone had a chance to write personal greetings to little flags which were attached to Dajo’s and Mokum’s present; reindeer horns. Evenings included also grillparty in the kota, a lappi style teepee.
On sunday most of the people headed south but Ahti, Jari and Juha started their trip to Holland X4 meeting via Sweden, norway, Denmark, Germany… showing some world to those reindeer horns before they were handed over to the Wieringerwerf party hosts the following weekend..
